Advertising is evolving, and ads rely on celebrities, influencers and artists more than ever. Demand for images is outpacing our ability to produce them, budgets are getting tighter, and current image models lack the ability to convey human emotion with nuance.
Our models will use proprietary combinations of initial prompts, fine tuning with the latest optimization techniques (i.e. LoRA, QLoRA), reinforcement learning and image retouching training to dramatically enhance visual sophistication.
Further, we are creating an equitable system for artists enabling control and compensation for the aesthetics or likeness that is their brand.

Our model will create images for two types of use cases, for still and motion:
We generate image elements from existing LLMs, creating superior images via prompt engineering. We use human in the loop training for the models to get to scalable production.
Then, we use the latest optimization techniques to reinforcement-train the image generator on the constituent pieces in the image, for example the celebrity likeness or style of a specific artist.
The Iconograft team retouches the final image by hand. This will become a training model to scale.
Final images will be approved by the influencer, celebrity or artist, and obtain special licensing.
Our better images are a result of our detailed initial prompting, our process to combine images and refine with the latest optimization techniques, reinforcement learning and final image retouching by hand. Our process allows us to convey human emotion visually at a lower cost.
